先以牙齒半切術 手術移除牙冠部
Disect and remove the coronal part of wisdom tooth

預先於前端大臼齒頰側以局部矯正器錨定

經過兩個月矯正後 智齒根部已往前拉並離開下齒槽神經  
After 2 months until the root part of the wisdom tooth tauch the fron tooth

完全拔除智齒根部 避免直接拔牙傷及神經!
