正常吞嚥示意圖
吞嚥前舌頭位置 Tongue posture before swallowing
正常吞嚥開始時舌尖頂上顎 Begins swallowing, tongue tip lift-up & touch front hard palate
正常吞嚥使力時舌頂上顎前方 Front part of the tongue touches front hard palate
正常吞嚥完全時上下牙齒接觸整個舌頭由前往後壓上顎以產生陰壓將食物往後送
Upper & lower teeth bite together with tongue base total press on palate from the fron to the rear causing negative pressure
不正常吞嚥 Abnormal swallowing pattern
正常舌頭應在吞嚥時往上推
Normal tongue push upward
不正常吞嚥舌頭在吞嚥時往前推
Abnormal swallowing: tongue push forward
造成前牙無法切斷食物
Result: No function in front teeth
不正常舌頭吞嚥，舌頭的力量將前牙推開
Tongue force push teeth forward
由於舌頭往前推壓
